Returns and refunds

We want you to love your Windswept piece. If you change your mind, you can cancel your order up to 14 days after you receive it, and then you have a further 14 days to send it back.

How to return

1. Email us at contact@thewindsweptgirl.com with your order number and tell us you would like to return your item.
2. We will reply with the return address.
3. Send the item back within 14 days, unworn, unwashed and in its original condition.

Return costs. Return postage is paid by you, unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong one. We recommend using a tracked service and keeping your proof of postage.

Refunds. We refund you within 14 days of receiving your return (or of receiving proof that you have posted it). Refunds include the standard delivery cost you paid, and go back to your original payment method.

Faulty or incorrect items. If something arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, contact us within 30 days and we will repair, replace or refund it, including the cost of returning it. Your statutory rights are not affected.
